Constance Tucker Slocomb, J.D., C.P.A., Of Counsel

Constance Slocomb practices in the Livingston, Texas office of Fenley and Bate, L.L.P. Her areas of practice include Family Law, Probate, Business and Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts and various forms of business formations.

Ms. Slocomb received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 2002 and began work with the firm in January of 2005. She has been licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in Texas since 1980. Ms. Slocomb received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas in 1976 where she majored in Accounting.

Constance Slocomb lives in Livingston, Texas. She has two grown children and grandchildren. Ms. Slocomb is a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Livingston and has been involved in many charitable and non-profit organizations in Polk County.

Ms. Slocomb is a member of the Texas State Bar, the Polk County Bar as well as the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Society of Certified Public Accountants.
