Curt has been a member of the Firm since 1983 and is a partner with the Firm. His practice emphasizes trucking and transportation litigation, labor and employment litigation, non-subscriber litigation and personal injury defense. Curt is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is a member of TIDA, DRI, TADC, and ABOTA.
Born in Biloxi, Mississippi, Curt has lived in Lufkin most of his life. He graduated from Lufkin High School in 1975, from Baylor University in 1980 and from Baylor School of Law in 1983. Curt is married to Jule Tatum Fenley, a 1979 graduate of Baylor University and a 1982 graduate of S.M.U Law School. Curt and Jule have three children, Anne, William and Mary Margaret. He is active in the First Baptist Church of Lufkin and the Lufkin/Angelina Chamber of Commerce.
Curt is a frequent speaker at local and regional seminars for employment and personnel matters and trucking safety and planning.
